With 10 rooms booked, a shuttle will take us to and from the Arlington Heights Metra Station. If less then ten booked under that group name, it will depend on that day's availability.If you are booking a room, it is best to meet at the hotel so you can leave your car there and catch a ride to the train station that morning. If the rooms are available we can check in then...If not, they can hold your bags till we get back. If there are less then 10 rooms booked and the shuttle is not available, the hotel has made arrangments with a taxi service. We will let you know the times the shuttle will pick us back up from the train staion.
